After dealing with Rafael on buying my first car, he truly made it an easy day all together. He came together on a price that was in my ball park and I couldn’t refuse it and he was really helpful on my whole situation. One thing I noticed is that the whole staff is really friendly and relaxed, nobody up there rushes you and they let you take your time looking and talking about it which is something that I like about the staff at this dealership. I would highly recommend going and talking to Rafael about your next car.

2013 BMW 135i M Sport , 6 Speed This is a very reputable dealership and sales team! I flew in from Canada with high hopes and was not disappointed! From the generous LAX airport pick up and one hour drive back to the dealer and a great (real, not around the block) test drive and a car that was for once as nice as it looked on their website photos!!! The lead salesman Augustin was very attentive and reachable at all times via text/calling. Also Noe was also extremely kind and helpful as well, even mailing me back my sunglasses I had left at the shop! When I encountered a small issue on my drive home they took care of me and for that I would fly down there again for another car anytime! Keep up the great work Golden Auto Group !!!

Great Experience!!
I highly recommend this company. I set an appointment to view a car on Saturday. I went in and Jas was very kind and professional. We went on a test drive and at no point did I feel like I was at a car dealership. There was NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER TO BUY a vehicle. I told Jas I wanted to think about it and he smiled and said ok. We both knew it was a good deal. I came back on Sunday and Jas was with another customer so Amar helped me. As a single woman I had several questions all of which both employees were able to answer even if I had already asked them 3x already. Still on day two there was absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy. I discussed the terms with Jas and he even came down on some numbers and met me at an awesome price that I couldn't refuse. If you are looking for a no-hassle dealer with fair/great and legit pricing then this is the place to go. Cars were in good condition, clean and accessible. The process was seamless and I would do business with them again. Thank you.

Excellent service and very easy to work with, Jas and his staff went above and beyond to make my car buying experience a welcome change to the typical buying experience at dealerships. He was quick to get back to me with questions and even helped me after the sale with some tires. I look forward to working with him on my next car.
